"Posizione strategica ma ugualmente silenziosa"

Posizione centrale per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città, situata in una via laterale praticamente senza traffico, all'interno di un'edificio che garantiva la più totale quiete. Appartamento adatto ad un soggiorno di qualche giorno, spazi ampi in tutte le stanze. Privacy garantita, arredato e attrezzato con quanto serve ad essere autosufficienti.

La ubicación genial al lado de todo en el centro,silencioso,muy limpio,el personal de limpieza muy amable y dispuesto a atenderte,el patio acogedor,fuimos 2 adultos y 4 niños y a todos nos encantó.

El microondas a los pocos minutos de encenderlo se apagaba porque se calentaba,lo mismo ocurrió con el secador de pelo y el colchón del sofácama que era un poco incómodo.

Highly recommended. Excellent accommodation, centrally located with Seville's top attractions within walking distance. The courtyard offered a quiet, relaxing space after to sit quietly, or chat with other guests. The staff were available to contact via WhatsApp for any information. I will have no hesitation to book again for further visits to Seville.

L'emplacement proche des lieux de visite La réactivité de l'équipe car à notre arrivée il y avait un dégât des eaux, le chauffe eau fuyait, et le lit de la chambre du bas était trempé, de l'eau gouttait du plafond Bref , l'équipe a été réactive pour faire intervenir le réparateur , malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de la chambre du bas et nous avons pris le canapé. La direction a donc accepté de nous faire une réduction sur le séjour. Outre cet incident, l'appartement est propre et très bien situé

Le dégât des eaux mais c'est un coup de pas de chance, au moins les prochains locataires n'auront pas ce soucis.

"Come sentirsi a casa propria e al tempo stesso godere bellezze e piaceri di una città magnifica."

Mi è piaciuta la vicinanza (parliamo di poche decine di metri!) al centro storico e ai principali monumenti da visitare. Mi è piaciuta la dotazione completa della cucina e quindi la possibilità di gestire al meglio colazione e pause durante la giornata. Mi è piaciuto il patio sul quale l'appartamento affaccia, uno scenario elegante e sivigliano, profumato di gelsomino e zagare (credo di non sbagliarmi).

Un po' di rumore da parte di altri ospiti che rientrando di notte non facevano abbastanza attenzione. La scarico della doccia che non era veloce ed efficace.
