This day is very memorable to me. I think I feel stressed in my work; that's the reason I got sick and got a cough. I was thinking of going to the beach so my cough and my illness that I am experiencing right now will be okay. While I was searching on social media, I was thinking about a near but nice place. In searching for more resorts or beaches, I decided to choose BE Resort Mactan for day use from 9am to 5pm. I did not expect that they had outstanding customer service. Even though I am a local and not look like rich person, they treat me as a very important guest. They are so accommodating, especially the people in Salt Restaurant and Bar. Kudos to Laurence in the afternoon shift and the waiter who accommodated me during lunchtime. They are so attentive whenever I need water. I ordered Sizzling Gambas with Spam during my lunchtime. The BE Burger is so big and yummy, and also fresh buko juice. I work in a hotel before in Bohol and I can really compare how the customer service it is when I am now experiencing to be a guest.Overall experience: 100/10

"Great way to enjoy Mactan Beach."

We had an amazing stay at Be Resort. The staff were very accommodating, especially Eugene at the front desk, who gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The resort has its own beach, which is very convenient compared to other resorts where you have to walk far just to reach the beach. We woke up early for a morning swim, and we are very grateful to Charlie, the lifeguard, for being so attentive to our needs. He guided us on where it was safe to swim, provided us with life jackets, and even took some photos of us. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a complete Filipino breakfast selection, which I truly missed since I had just come back from the UK. They also prepared the room exactly as requested by my friend, with a thoughtful “Welcome Home” message, which made our stay even more special. We will definitely come back!

Friendly staff close to airport good restaurants nearby clean room.

We got some naste sheets but they come in 5 minutes and change them so no problem there.
