"Una buena opción para descansar cómodamente"

Personal muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, camas cómodas y con unas maravillosas vistas al mar. Buen desayuno. Ubicación muy tranquila. Si se busca ambiente de bares y restaurantes alrededor, no es el más recomendable. Aunque hay buenos restaurantes a 15min aprox a pie.

Se podría mejorar la limpieza del baño.

Vänliga och hjälpsamma Personal. Bra frukost. Nära till New town.

Inte så mycket continental frukost, ingen ost. Hotellet var sliten,inte som på bilderna.

"Eigentlich wirklich toll wenn es etwas sauberer wäre."

Ich habe 2 Nächte dort verbracht, Das Hotel hat einen großzügigen , offenen Eingangsbereich. Dahinter ist dann der Ausenbereich mit Pool, Privatstrand und Meer, alles sehr gepflegt und schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider nimmt man es mit der Sauberkeit nicht so genau. Selbst für Philippinische Maßstäbe war es einfach nur dreckig. Ich bin Barfuß über den Boden in meinem Zimmer gelaufen und hatte danach Schwarze Füße. Ich habe dadurch schwarze Fußspuren im Badezimmer verteilt und nach dem ich mich sauber gemacht habe war das Handtuch ebenfalls schwarz. Daraufhin hat das Personal einfach mit einem Lappen die schwarzen Stellen im Bad oberflächlich entfernt und mir ein anderes Handtuch gegeben, leider kein sauberes.

"Almost perfect!"

The room is clean and spacious. Also, we booked the room with a sea view and it’s really relaxing. Upon checking in, we were greeted by the staff and helped us with our luggages. I love the idea of having a luggage storage while waiting for our room,it helps us a lot especially we have a toddler. The beach are was great.Safe and wonderful view. Airport shuttle is nice too, just book in advance and also with a fee.

It’s not entirely a baby-friendly facility. They don’t have a changing station in the lobby. We had a hard time changing our babies’ nappies because the washroom has a limited space. The restaurant Salt was too expensive for the portion of their food the taste is okay. Waited for our food for a long time just to be disappointed. Special mention to the their “Turon” dessert please make it a bit bigger my palms is even bigger waited long and paid much .So disappointing. Lastly, the airport shuttle service on the day we left for the airport dropped us at the wrong terminal even though we have arranged all the details beforehand just frustrating we have to walk with all our luggages and a toddler to reach the right terminal.

"Was ok but would not stay again"

Was clean and comfortable

They kept running out of beer and some days stuff wasn’t available on the menu the staff were always apologising for these problems.
