JAZ Neo Dar El Madina

The best thing in the hotel is the people who work in the hotel. Thanks to them we feel like we are at our home. Everything was amazing. We even canceled our diving program just to stay more in this hotel. But we have to especially thank Omar El Said and shukry in the reception. They are great people and we make long our staying because of their kindaness and helpful behaviors. From the first time until we leave, they felt us very comfortable and thanks to, them we spent great time. We also need to thank kamal who is in charge of aqua park. Our son enjoyed a lot in this fest Aqua park and he wants to come again this hotel. We exactly come in January again from Turkey here for just this hotel and these great people. From now on, this hotel will be only choice for us. We stayed many luxury hotels (maybe more luxuries than here) all over the world but we never enjoy like here because of these people’s kindsness and helpful behaviors. Thanks for everything! See you in January again with my whole family this time🙏🌸

Een rustig hotel met toch veel activiteiten in de buurt.

L’accès au ponton pour le snorkeling était top et j’avais l’impression de plonger dans un aquarium. Le personnel était au top merci à Omar et kessem à l’accueil et surtout à Chocolate et Moma, des supers animateurs qui nous ont fait passer de super vacances. 😉

Персонал очень внимательный, номера хоть и не новые но чистые, постельное белоснежное и хорошего качества. Выбор еды не большой, но все очень достойно и вкусно. Территория маленькая, но есть возможность пользоваться соседними отелями и аквапарком. Много локаций для детей на территории соседних отелей сети JAZ

We hebben een top vakantie gehad! Waren met ons gezin inclusief zoontje van bijna 2 jaar. De ontvangst was goed. Het hotel is redelijk kleinschalig met goed eten, een mooi zwembad, kinderbad en animatie. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles is erg schoon, speciale dank aan Ahmed van de housekeeping voor de leuke handdoekfiguurtjes! Door alle aangrenzende JAZ Hotels heb je echt alle faciliteiten tot je beschikking zoals een mooi strand met koraalrif (leuk snorkelen, tip vroeg vertrekken), gedeelde restaurants, een waterpark en mogelijkheden voor een hapje en drankje. Toen ik voor onze vakantie alle positieve reviews zag dacht ik dat het toch mee zou vallen maar JAZ Neo Dar El Madina is een echte aanrader!

We had a fantastic stay at Jaz Neo Dar El Madina! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The small scale of the hotel created a peaceful and personal atmosphere, which we really appreciated. No mass tourism here – just a relaxed environment where everything was perfectly taken care of. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and genuinely did their best to make our stay enjoyable. That sincere hospitality truly made our experience special. The facilities were excellent as well. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the pool was well maintained, and the food was delicious – with a great variety of dishes every day. The location was ideal too: quiet, yet close to the beach and the other Jaz hotels, which guests can also enjoy. We truly enjoyed our holiday here and would highly recommend Jaz Neo Dar El Madina to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized vacation in Egypt. We will definitely come back!
