Läget var jättebra, väldigt fina sängkläder med fina kuddar och täcken

Mindre bra var bristen på kommunikation, ingen eller väldigt lite engelska Bra frukost med mycket att välja på Kaffet var inte alls bra

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko PKP, blisko na Krupówki, dobre śniadania. Fajny klimat samego hotelu. Dostępny parking co prawda płatny dodatkowo.

Brak klimatyzacji w pokojach, w przypadku parteru też raczej ciężko zostawić otwarte okno na noc

A fantastic hotel, class and comfort at the right level. The history of the building shows at every corner. Location is perfect too, close to the train.

I loved the Breakfast and the restaurant service in the facility. Especially their SPA experience is a must try after a long day of activities. The staffs were wonderful and very helpful.

I think this might seem a normal comment here, but the hotel did have its here and there remark like the wheelchair access not not there everywhere. Taking our baby trolley to the ground floor restaurant was tricky. But compared to the food provided you can always carry it down ;)

Hotel je krasny a ma výborne raňajky.

Nepovedal by som že sa mi nepáčilo ale čakal som viac od wellnessu.

Allt. Sängarna, badrummet, SPA, frukosten är topp i Zakopane.

Att ni har ont om parkeringsplats och ingen garage
