Kefalos - Damon Hotel Apartments

The location is excellent, near everything and to everywhere. The best feature of this hotel is the staff.

My wife and I enjoyed immensely our stay at the Damon. Everything about this hotel was the best we have experienced over many years of taking holidays abroad. We met many new friends, some among the staff themselves. We were made to feel welcome. Just outside the hotel was the bus stop which we used frequently to get to the harbour and many other places of interest. We can only offer our extreme thanks for everyone involved to give us, yes, a dream holiday.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, room was much larger than expected (stayed in a studio pool view room) had all facilities that we needed. room was cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. Supermarket on site. Short walk into Paphos harbour area or can hop on a bus 1.50 euro single way. didn't eat at the hotel as was self catering and prefer eating out at restaurants but the hotel restaurant always looked full and food looked nice. Gym had no free weights but can use the gym and all the facilities at the sister hotel for free which is a five minute walk. Car rental place next to the hotel recommended, good price and easy to use - can return car at anytime just leaving keys behind reception. really cannot fault anything. had a fantastic holiday in a great hotel and wonderful place. Highly recommend - family and couples

Good location - 5-10 min to fully equipped beach village (everything is free for Damon residents), a lot of restaurants around, close to mall. All major archeological sites are in walking/bus distance. Studio rooms are brilliant for staying with children - a lot of space, kitchen (to cook for baby and for parents), clean. Do not use hotel supermarket! It's twice more expensive then any other shop around (next one is only 50 meters away). If you cook for yourself, visit Kings Mall (7 min walking) - there you will find Carrefur - basically all you need. Really good value for money.

Very happy with this hotel, would recommend highly, and is very good value, with very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for lots to do and good bus links on doorstep. We would stay again if we were to return to Paphos.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful with information. The rooms were made up and cleaned every day and had everything we required, including properly functioning air-conditioning which is essential. Seems to be very family oriented with lots of activities each day and night, two pools, a bar and plenty of lounging room. Right next to bus stops and only 5-10 min bus ride to the harbour so very convenient.

Stayed here for 2 wks for family wedding good location and a nice hotel. Staff very helpful and you have use of its partner hotel by the beach. the hotel rooms are nice and clean with frequent towel changes

This hotel/apartment has been freshly painted throughout and many of the fittings replaced eg. bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances. The soft furnishings had some signs of wear/damage with cigarette burns on one sofa but overall the apartment was roomy and well equipped; even had a teapot which is highly unusual when holidaying abroad! The hotel staff were all amazing and so eager to help; booking taxis, making reservations for restaurants and providing maps and countless other helpful ideas. You felt like a member of a much loved family. While not a luxury Hotel, the Damon was very orderly and well managed, the level of maintenance was excellent, everything worked. If I were to give any negatives it would be that there was a lack of information about the services and facilities, a pamphlet provided on registration would have been welcome.

very convenient to everything you need...

Nice hotel, very frindly stuff. The location is good but the neighbourhood is a bit loud. The room is big and clean - BUT we asked for a double bed and we got a twin one, the too parts were sliding away all the time....
