Palm Springs Rendezvous

Our stay here was very relaxing and comfortable. The manager was so cool and welcoming. The breakfast was great and the bed was so comfy that we slept like babies. The pool was so relaxing on a very hot day. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

No warm shower

We had a great holiday. The B&B was awesome-clean, pool and hot tub were great. We looked forward to breakfast each morning even received a packed breakfast for our early departure. Short walk into town and restaurants nearby. Wayne and his team were great. Thanks guys we will be back.

Our room, called Route 66 the heating never get above about 65 or 68° despite being set at 72°. Despite leaving the sink water running for over one minute I never had any hot water. The TV remote control cannot lower the volume. Only good thing about the property, was the service and the quality of its breakfast.

I think the crooner room needs a new bed. Loved every thing else.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfasts each morning! We were in the TV Shows room, with I Love Lucy posters and the complete I Live Lucy dvd set. Loved that the pool was open 24/7 and you can set the jacuzzi bubbles yourself. Also liked the options for housekeeping. Overall, a fantastic stay! More like a B&B than hotel!

The crew was very nice and worked hard on our stay. THe issue is the room we stayed at and the hotel itself is pretty run down. We stayed about 4 years ago and it seemed better taken care of. Walking in the door of the hotel the pool was cloudy. Not a great start with a 116 day.

This mid century hotel with quirky themed rooms will not be to everyone’s taste but the differentiation to other places is the outstanding service. General Manager Liz and Innkeeper Kevin couldn’t do enough for us. Beautifully prepared breakfasts, lovely evening drinks & jight bites, help with restaurant recommendations & reservations, even finding my wife a hairdresser at short notice. Two memorable days of being looked after. Thankyou.

Very, very rundown, shabby and dirty. Extremely misleading images. This motel is sub par for Palm Springs proper. There is no way I would pay even $1 to stay here. Do not fall for the high rating this place is dirty downer.

I was told the heat would be fixed at 4pm then 530pm and when I came back from dinner at 9:15 there was no heat and not message. The motel is not staffed at night. I called the night number but it went straight to voice mail. In the morning, the innkeeper said her phone never rang. The "specialty" cocktail was a glass of Boone's farm; despite statements in the room, the happy hour service is not available during the week. Breakfast is not available before 8:30am, even if you request a to-go bag the night before. The travel cup lids don't fit any of the cups. All the toiletries are large bottles, so you are sharing the contents with the other people who stayed in the room -- consider bringing your own. Instructions are to let the water run until it runs hot -- despite literature in the room about conserving water, that took 5 minutes. Even then it is just hot enough for a shower; there is no water pressure and it is not hot enough to add cold to get more pressure. Innkeeper said she would refund the cost of the room, but that was about 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard from them since.
