The farm was quite isolated but accessible and perfectly located to visit Hadrians Wall and the nearby towns. Northumberland and Cumbria are beautiful counties. Our hostess was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice.

We had a lovely, pleasant stay at Border Cottage. The accommodation was comfortable and cosy, with everything we needed. Lovely countryside available to explore from your doorstep, with beautiful views from the home's windows. We would happily stay in this cottage again.
