It was cool and in the best location

The room was very spacious. Location is terrific. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. When we had a lot of leftover pizza that would not fit in our room fridge, they graciously offered the use of a full-size fridge in one of their conference rooms. A lot of reviews mention the donuts, and they are yummy, but to clarify, guests also have the option of having frozen breakfast burritos delivered to their room. However, you cannot have both. Just know before you go...

The room was surprisingly warm, and we couldn't cool it off enough with the air conditioning. We had to leave the windows open, which considerably increased the noise.

Very close to Main Street, the staff was friendly and the coffee at the front desk was yummy.

The hotel needs some serious updates. Everything was super old. There was a smell of overpowering cleaning supplies mixed with old mustiness in the room. The only light in the shower area was a dial timer heat lamp. Weird noises in the room kept us up all night. Lastly, they weren't providing breakfast and offered mini donuts.

I always stay here because it meets my expectations. Warm and cozy

Just an observation but when I opened the curtains, the silky ones were shredded. Not a good look. Also the pillows should be 4 not three and they aren’t to my liking.

The staff here is nice, helpful and super friendly. I have never had a staff as a whole be more friendly and helpful! I will always try to stay here when I travel to this area.

The positive: Staff was friendly, room was large, parking was good, short walk to downtown, bed was comfortable, good coffee at front desk, donuts and frozen burittos for breakfast to warm in microwave, rerigerator was good.. Negative: The place needs updating, the furniture was worn, and felt like it was from goodwill, lighting was dim, coffee pot had no heater, carpet was mismatched, treadmill wasn't open till 9 AM!, cabinets hinges were loose, had to go to front desk for towels, toilet paper, empty trash-no maid service. Was there for 5 night for a conference. Room 101 was extremely noisy all night from traffic. We moved to another room

Little run down

The staff was friendly, good location close to restaurants and town, the room was a suite which was ideal for 2 people who have different sleep hours, parking was good. Shower was good. Frozen burittos delivered for breakfast to heat in microwave. The bed was comfortable and it was a king.

the place is old and needs remodeling, carpet, furniture was worn and not clean. the carpet was very worn, lighting was very dim, the coffee pot had no heater to keep the coffee warm, peeling wallpaper, The TV in the living area was tiny, but large in the bedroom. If you wanted toilet paper, fresh towles, have the trash emptied, you had to go to the front desk for supplies. There was no maid service. The hinges were loose on the older cabinets. Overall, not a good value, not what I was used to with an extensive travel history. Dont rent room 101. It's next to a very busy highway even all night. We had to move.
