Was put in a smoking room … then changed … and was maintains work going on which led to no sleep day time .

Located in a mall hence lots of places to eat

It’s located on the rear side of the mall which is quite an unpleasant site. Bathroom was dirty, mould everywhere

struttura ferma nel tempo, assolutamente non vale il prezzo eccessivo che sembra essere l'unica cosa moderna, muffa in bagno, piscina inagibile, colazione solo Indiana, personale di reception scontroso, sistema luci/aria condizionata comandati da una specie di controller impossibile da capire al buio che per di più lampeggiava con una luce blu, ho dovuto metterlo a terra, con asciugamano sopra perché irradiava la stanza, veramente fatevi un favore e andate altrove

Mr Rahul Kaishan and team know purposefully mistreated us with false rates and forcefully made us upgraded to a suite and pushed to limits with a bad and ugly argument . I have been a 15 year old guest and they really bullied us by purchasing an upgrade whereas I just requested for an extra bed for my child which was applicable as my travel policy on Agoda . They compelled on grounds a superior room doesn’t accommodate an extra bed and we had no option but to pay those extra bucks which were about 2500 for an extra bed but we had to top up with an extra double charge for the room for which they accepted cash . I hope they have more ways to extract money rather than pushing families for the extra gains.
