Pool and yard is beautiful

Loved the pool area , disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open when we were there

Comfy beds and convenient location

Pool area beautiful. Rooms terrible, bathroom shower, tiles warn, unclean. Paint chipped in many areas, water stains on ceiling plentiful and gross.

The outdoor pool area is by far the highlight of this property — beautiful, tropical, and resort-like — but even it is in need of some repairs. There was tile falling off the hot tub, and the water level was low. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match the scenery. We stayed in Room 120 in a separate building, and the room itself was very disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, there were cobwebs in the room, and the overall space felt old and in need of a serious renovation. Staff were friendly in the couple of brief interactions we had. We didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. We only stayed for one night, and while the pool was lovely, the room condition means we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. If you’re booking here, be prepared for a great pool but very poor room conditions.

Pool was good, staff was working hard but the place needs a bit of lipstick.

The beds were very comfortable. It would be nicer if bedskirts were placed over the boxspring though. It looks kind of trashy without them. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday which is odd for the high summer season. Thus we could not try and or rate the food. Great internet and transport access. It looked like the walls had been recently painted but care wasn’t take to prevent dripping g onto the baseboards which are a different colour. So poor quality of painting in that regard.

Great pool and quiet

The pool was amazing.

Bathroom was not completely cleaned. No hand soap a dirty/wet hand towel left.
