Podollan Inn & Spa - Grande Prairie

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

I recently stayed here again for a family memorial service. This stay was not as good as the first. The first, the room was excellent and very well kept. This stay with my daughter not so great. The bathroom was not in great shape, The plugs and lamps in the room were kind of messed up. We were there for 2 days and on day 2, they did not do any room service, so we had no new towels, coffee, nothing. I called down to the lobby Saturday evening and was told that we would have to come down and we could only get coffee, no towels. Not super impressed this stay, won't stay again. Only positive was the free breakfast, again was very good.

Easy and fast check-in, great staff, cooked breakfast to order and starts at 0500 if you're working, lots of parking, zero issues with wifi.

minor comment, would've been handy to top up the room water bottles after the first night.
