Hôtel très charmant disposant de tout pour passer un bon week-end le personnel était très aimable.

Insonorisation des chambres on entendait beaucoup les bruits de couloirs et parfois les chambres à côté

Jai aimer les spa sauna et la piscine cetais tres propre et tres beau !!

Le personnel du lobby etais pas tres efficace et serviable jai attendu ma robe de chambre quand il m'avait dit quil me lapporterais dans une minute et 20 minutes plus tard jai ete moi meme la chercher . Et a la sortie il voulais me changer encore un montant de 36$ sur mon dépôt sans raison !!! Une chance que jai regarder ce fameux papier en question..... et je ne parle pas du confort de la chambre.....j'étais dans la chambre 313 et Les lits beaucoup trop dur ! le bruit du frigo qui part 3 fois par heure et qui mene un vacarne jai dormi a peine 2 heure et par petit bout donc pour conclur je suis revenu chez moi plus fatiguer qu'avant de partir et avec beaucoup moin d'argent en poche ..... 🤨🤔

On m’a fait payer 3 fois ma chambre et ça a été compliqué d’être remboursé.puis le resto-bar était fermé pour les clients de l’hôtel…c’était réservé pour d’autre monde.
