Bel hôtel à Granby. La localisation est excellente, près de tout lorsqu’on a une voiture. Le restaurant est très bien et la piscine aussi. Le personnel est très accueillant et la chambre confortable. Il faudrait mettre des tapis dans les baignoire, car très dangereux et aussi attention au nettoyage de la salle de bain. Cette dernière était un peu désuète côté plomberie. Aussi, si vous n’avez pas de fournisseurs précis pour les savons, shampooing, etc. Veuillez ne pas en offrir. Lors de mon séjour, il y avait des produits de différents autres hôtels, ce qui est un signe peut être de rachat de stock? Pour le prix très élevé de la chambre ça ne fait pas trop professionnel.

La politique sur les bains chauds est à ré évaluer complètement. Il faut payer un surplus pour y avoir accès. Le problème étant que les gens laissent les portes grandes ouvertes et tout le monde peut y accéder. Ceci est très frustrant pour quelqu’un qui paye déjà très cher sa chambre et paie le surplus et rendu au bains, voit que ça passe comme de l’eau dans un moulin. Au prix que la chambre coûte, je suggère l’accès aux bains chauds inclus pour tous.

We had such a lovely visit! It's a beautiful old classic Hotel with a gorgeous Spa facility that we were unable to use :-) this time! But it's right on the biking paths in Granby. We rode out of the door into these beautiful long rides through the National Park and around the lake and then we're able to have dinner at the hotel which was excellent as was the breakfast. We also were able to walk into the Village area and have lovely hors d'oeuvres before one of our dinners. The owners and the staff are so welcoming and generous. It's a wonderful weekend getaway and we will definitely stay again!

Pour les adeptes du vélo, l’endroit est parfait. La piste cyclable est accessible à partir de l’hôtel. Le personnel attentif et la tranquillité des lieux.

Was over charged at the property 150 dollars

I called 1 day in advance to upgrade my check-in, instead of 16hrs, I approved to be charged $$ so the check in could be at 13:30 but the option was not available !! I really disagree that when check-out, I was charged $$ for the concept of "Hotel Service Fee", due to I requested to take the breakfast at the Bistro Picollo. Added to that the SAUNA was out of service. We asked for the assistance and the answer was, it's not working. I do NOT recommend the place. We paid a considerable amount of money and we expect that services are functionals. =/
