Friendly welcome and helpful advice about local attractions and eating places. Nice clean room; bed a bit soft for our taste, but plenty of hot water, and bottled water provided in the room besides tea and coffee. Very good location, quiet road with free parking, within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre. Superb breakfast! Great value.

Lovely B&B Great location the room was clean with fresh towels daily,we also had tea/coffee etc but we also had water and chocs in the room which was a lovely touch.This B&B is well worth a visit,the breakfast was as good if not better than any hotel we have stayed in.The hosts Alistair & Mel were real friendly and caring could not fault them.What value for money.

The hosts are most friendly & welcoming. The rooms are clean , beds are comfortable & little extras provided, teas & coffees & toiletries. They prepare a wonderful breakfast which caters for all requirements. I highly recommend a stay at The Haven

This lovely little hotel is situated close to the bay, which was ideal for the festival we attended. Ali and Mel went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was warm, welcoming, informative and they catered for the alternative milk that I need. Thank you so much to them, we really had a lovely time in Torquay and look forward to coming back in the future ❤️

Staff incredibly welcoming, breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and room was very clean. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and room was serviced even though we didn't expect it. Lots of information provided about the local area too.

Excellent location, just a short walk to the beach and Torquay centre. The room had everything one needed and Alister and Mel are really great hosts. Breakfast is outstanding.
