The Old Vicarage

Nice one night stay, lovely owner very friendly, fantastic breakfast, filled us up for the day. Only bad point is no Wifi, a must with teenage daughter in tow !! but other than that a very nice short stay indeed.

Used as stopover on way back from uni trip.owner very welcoming,friendly and helpful. room comfortable.would have helped having plugs nearer to mirror for using hairdryer.Good breakfast in morning although breakfast area quite small so have to share table with other guests. Parking area available but only small. Would stay again. Good value

The guest house is located close to the local pubs & convenience store (Not much more to see in this small town). The double room was spacious, clean & had a reasonably sized on-suite. The breakfast was a hot full english breakfast with toast, coffee or tea, there are also a choice of cereals & fresh orange juice on offer. My only criticism is that the advertised free wi-fi is only free if you are a BT customer (So to most, its not free at all)!

We were well looked after from start to finish, the Landlady was very helpful and looked after our every needs. Lovely setting and relaxed atmosphere throughout, situated in a lovely quiet hamlet, with a very welcoming pub just 350 mtrs away.

I was with a friend at a local motorcycle competition and used the venue as a stop off point for a couple of days. The hotel was more than satisfactory and the owner was a very pleasant and helpful and we had an enjoyable stay.

Ended up staying here because of university run, all Aberystwyth hotels booked. This was a little out the way. But glad we stayed. Lovely and quiet, Great breakfast, welcoming proprietor, great place for walking holidays. Local pub did a good evening meal too.

Very nice stay

Despite being end of August room cold. Wi fi was not free as stated on hotels.com website but did get a refund for this. Cooked breakfast standard rather dry nothing to talk about. Bed room and breakfast room no character to them. Overall not recommended to stay unless you are stuck in the area and need somewhere desperately.
