"Excellent"

Really friendly staff and well cooked food. It maintained the tradition and hospitality of a historic coaching inn right in the middle of town with interesting shops around and beautiful country on all sides.

Raam op de kamer kon niet open, dat vond ik jammer. Kamer zelf was echt super!

Great and fast communication (had a request via Email and they got straight back to me). Room very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and very attentive and friendly staff (especially breakfast service)

Warm welcome, friendly atmosphere, great location and a really fabulous breakfast. We loved our stay.

Possibly more toiletries, shower cap, vanity set would have been nice.

"Worth going back again"

This hotel is a little gem. It is newly decorated and very comfortable. The bar has a good range of ales and beers. The staff are super helpful. The breakfast is superb. I intent to go back again and again.

The evening meal choice was a little limited, but a reasonable price. The staff weren’t very trusting and kept thinking I was going to do runner. Everything was wanted to paid up front. Must be my face. Breakfast was £14 not the £12 quoted on Booking.com. But still very good.
