David is a warm and welcoming host who was laid back especially when booking.com messed up my payment leaving me potentially without accommodation after a seven hour drive north. I appreciated the late check out which helped with specifics on my stay.

Towels quite smelled musty both nights and unfortunately there was a ladybird infestation in the bathroom but this didn’t cause too many problems. In stark contrast to the host, the cleaner was well mardy and refused me waiting in the hallway where I wanted to make important calls.
