"Very pleasant guesthouse with good food"

Convenient location near to beach and Peasholm Park. Very attentive staff, good choice of foods for breakfast and the cooked breakfast was very good.

I would always prefer a thicker or blackout curtain.

I liked the room ideal for one person breakfast was lovely staff was helpful on where to get transport room was nice and clean definitely value for money

It was a great distance away from sea front managed the walk it was a bit bank it took roughly 20 minutes

Lovely host, chatty and polite, really good breakfast with a great selection and good quality food. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The heating was on so the room was lovely and warm.
