Very clean and welcoming

No access through to the back and you’ve got to walk around to get bags. No ashtray out front for smokers

The welcome with local information. Friendliness. The room was a very good size with plenty of storage. Ensuite is comfortable also. Breakfast choice is superb, presented very well and cooked perfectly. Close enough to have a casual walk into town along the beach or sea front. Private parking is also very useful .

Our Sat nav took us through pedestrian part of town. This had nothing to do with the b&b but Google Maps let us down. The b&b isn't in the town shopping area itself.
