The location is great. Train station at the bottom of the street. It's only 10 stops from the airport. Only 5 minutes from beach front. The apartment itself is good but no ovens.

This was our 2nd time staying at this apartment. We were there for a local sporting event for our children. To which the president of Fuengirola endorses. These apartments are made up of residential apartments but also available to tourists to rent. (We didn't know this until our 2nd visit) The first time we were there was October 2024. On our first trip, we were unaware that this was occupied by residents. We had major issues with other people around the pool. They're extremely unfriendly. They will approach your children. Shouting, taking pictures & videos of them playing in the pool. Your children are not allowed to be children. No excitement, noise, laughter, or enjoyment whatsoever. We confronted these strangers taking pictures & videos of our kids. The men get very aggressive towards you instantly. We rebooked this accommodation in October 2025, thinking that the issues we had previously were from holiday makers and lightning couldn't strike twice. Well, however, we were in for a shock. This year was even more extreme than the last. The same people were there. Our children were verbally abused by the men. Only our last day. I was physically attacked by an elderly man. He grabbed me by the collar and threw me to the ground just for trying to take a video of my child & her friends jumping in the pool. When I got back up, he struck me a second time. This was all in front of our kids. He tried to grab my phone and throw it in the pool. Went to reception, asking for the police to be called, and they refused to help. They said I had to deal with the situation on my own. The same man followed me to the reception where he was pushing me & screaming in my face. I was there on my own with my child. There were at least 10+ couples there, and no one helped me or confronted him for putting his hands on me. A lot of residents sit on their balconies during the day completely naked. 8th floor end room closest to the school.

Hygiëne. Schoonmaak, vervanging handdoeken en het vervangen van het bedlinnen waren dik in orde.

Wifi is erg matig
