Reception desk was great and Johanna was the best and really helpful in all aspects . Cleaning staff were receptive to our needs. Would return!

Dog barking and howling night and day next to our unit.WE are dog lovers but would advise management to talk to owners or renters of this unit to train their dogs to minimize their barking.

Huoneisto oli viihtyisä, siisti ja tilava. Upea näköala terassilta! Löytyi kaikki tarvittava kuten iso jääkaappipakastin sekä pyykin- ja astianpesukoneet. Televisiossa suomikanavat niitä kaipaaville. Lähellä isohkoa kauppaa ja juna-asemaa eikä rantakaan liian kaukana. Kylpyhuoneessa oli pienet pullot shampoota yms. mikä oli hyvä asia. Keittiöstä voisi myös löytyä pienen pieni astianpesuaine ta yksii tabletti koneeseen millä pääsisi alkuun ennen ostoksilla käyntiä.

Huoneessa on yhdistelmä mikro/uuni, johon olisi hyvä olla saatavilla käyttöohjeet. Napit oli niin kuluneet. Uima-altaan säännöissä on kielletty aurinkotuolien varaaminen, mutta slti jotkut aina aamuisin varasivat tuoleja pyyhkeillään vaikka saapuivat altaalle vasta tuntien päästä, mikä oli ärsyttävää. Henkilökunta voisi tätä yrittää valvoa.

2 bed apartment was really big, nicely furnished and on the 7th floor with a great view. Los Bolishes location was much nicer than the other end of Fuengirola. Easy to get into Malaga which was a lovely city.

There were several issues unfortunately. 1. Works around the swimming pool. We endured daily drilling, hammering and grinding to the point we had to leave as the dust affected my mum's COPD. I had not been informed this would be happening, and would have changed my booking. It was very upsetting as this really spoiled our short break. 2. There were no parasols, despite the hotel having these within their description. My mum is recovering from radiotherapy so it was very important to sit in the shade. I asked at reception but was told there were no parasols because of the ongoing works. Again, very upsetting for us. 3. Pool bar was closed. 4. Equipment was dated in the apartment, for example writing worn off the oven so it couldn't be used as you couldn't tell what the settings were (we only wanted to heat up a croissant but couldn't). Only one plug socket in the kitchen so you couldn't have the kettle and toaster plugged in at the same time. Some sort of weird radio in the bathroom that didn't work, could just be removed. For me the lack of transparency offered by the accommodation didn't feel nice, no apologies at all, they just didn't care that guests had to tolerate this. I have asked booking.com for compensation due to the extra costs I incurred (moving to the beach, purchasing a parasol) but have not yet had a response. All in all I'm pretty disgusted with the terrible service from both accommodation and booking.com.

Very clean and housekeeping were in most days, staff pleasant I have spent several months at the apartment in the past and they have kept the standards high. Location is great with a large supermarket next door and ten minutes walk to the beach ;

No tienen cepillo ni fregona, pero limpian cada dos días y cambian toallas, ropa de cama cada cuatro.
