Morris was a pleasure. Room was very nice!!! Very quiet!!! Bed was absolutely perfect!!! Breakfast was wonderful!!! 100% love the place!!!

We stayed here for one night in early November. I booked the room online a few months prior to the trip. The stay itself went fine. Everything was good when we checked out the next morning. We received a copy of our bill, which matched what I had booked online. The next day, I had a random charge on my account from the hotel. I called and spoke to someone, who said it was an overcharge on their part and would be corrected. Nearly two weeks later, the charge was still there. I called and spoke to someone else behind the desk, who tried to tell me that because I booked the room from out of state, the tax estimate had been wrong, and I was being charged the additional amount. 95% of the hotels I book are for a location out of state, and this has never been an issue before. I asked to speak with the manager and got her voicemail, on which I left a very detailed message. Over two weeks later and the manager has never bothered to return my phone call. I ultimately had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company to have the charge removed from my card. While we did have a good stay at this hotel, I can't recommend it due to the unexplained charge they put on my card and their lack of interest in correcting their mistake. I would suggest that anyone who stays here check their credit card after their visit for fraudulent charges, no matter how small. The manager's complete disregard gives me concern that this could be a common practice for this location.
