My room is spacious and has a beautiful sea view. The staff are very friendly and attentive, which I truly appreciate.

However, there was one moment that I found disappointing: when I asked a question, the staff member responded while lying down on a lounge chair and using their phone. I felt this was not appropriate for a professional.
