"Ok. But not truly handicap accessible"

Clean, and practical location.

Our room was listed as handicap accessible. The pictures showed a walk in shower, instead it had a tub/shower combo with limited safety bars and a shower seat. The beds were very high off the ground and very difficult for my Mom to get into. The beds were not comfortable. The furniture was not in great condition. But the fridge, tv, microwave, and coffee maker were all good.

Reservation through booking didn’t show up in the system so front desk worker didn’t know what to do. Had to reserve a room on the spot for more money. Room was not clean. Stain on bed. Not a great experience at all

The fact that there was only one female employee working the whole hotel. Ridiculous and unsafe for her. She was great. Our tv didn t work
