Upon check-in the desk clerk demanded a $100 deposit. The charge would hit my credit card immediately, but I would have to wait five to eight days to get it back. The desk clerk was surley. I called the manager a couple of days later, and she was very unprofessional and sarcastic. I wrote Wyndam, the parent company, and got the run around. I will never stay at a Wyndam owned hotel again.

The room was nice.

In the first room, lots of bugs (3rd floor) or 2nd I don't remember. We complained and they gave us a first floor. Only saw a few bugs. Not bed bugs. We live in Florida so we are use to bugs but too many. They moved us without an issue. The breakfast was decent. I would stay again.
