"Excellent Service & Care @ Front Desk"

Excellent care from Nuala & Devang. Initially we were given a lovely room with bath tub. Being elderlies with knee problem we requested for a change to walk-in shower with flexible hose. Nuala was busy attending to another guest but I noticed she quickly asked Devang to assist. What a great Team they are. My request was granted. We really love our stay here will come again.

We were late arrive on Saturday but a girl Sara made sure and told us it was no problem we were late told us to relax asked if we wanted drinks when I said no she still told us to take time to look over the menu honestly just relaxed me from the get go and really made my day and my daughters day Hopefully back for a christening shortly and would love Sara to look after us please Best hotel food staff but honestly please tell Sara THANK YOU
