"Good Location but do not recommend."

Manager not on site all wkend. Had issues with reservations thru booking com. Only thing employees would say is manager is not here all weekend and Booking.com lies to everyone about cancelations. The event I was going to was canceled due to heavy rain. Could not cancel 2nd night before I even checked in. If Holiday Inn feels that way they should not use booking.com or bad mouth them if they accept their reservations. Hotel was older and needs updated, not too bad. Probably 2.5 or 3.0 Somewhat clean

No manager available...No clue why they accept Booking.com, since they very obviously say their employees lie to everyone all the time. Hotel could be nice, just needs an update and deep cleaning. Good location. Booking.com sent Hotel mgr email to approve cancelation of our 2nd night stay due to heavy rain and event cancelation. Hotel did not respond during the 1st 24 hours as required, and would not cancel 2nd night. Sorry not the service I have always recieved from my 25+ yrs with Holiday Inn.

"Nice stay besides the scary elevator."

Breakfast had a great range. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Also right by the grocery stores and not too far from the beach.

If you rode the elevator to the 4th floor (either elevator) it shook you at the top and it felt like I was about to enter the Twilight Zone. The coffee and juices were also very watered down.

Good location. Nice staff. Clean room. Good breakfast options.

Our air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy. It didn't keep us from sleeping, but during the day when it was on, the noise was a little irritating.😛

"Good overall experience."

I like the location, cleanliness, and bed comfort.

My only critique is that our room felt kind of stuffy. It needed either fresh air or the air conditioner to work a bit better.
