Everything was really nice!

Beautiful view

Our unit was clean and had extra perks in promotional tickets. The only downside was kitchenware. There were no full size plates. The ONLY downside. Otherwise, Beautiful property. Quiet. Well maintained

The condo was amazing! For an older building my family was very impressed with how clean it was when we arrived. We loved how the each room had their own private bathroom and the 2 back rooms had their own balcony. I loved waking up and the first thing I saw was the sunrise and waves crashing upon the coast. The only suggestion I would for next time is to have more than 1 packet of laundry detergent available in the condo so that when families like mine come to visit everyone can have their clothes clean if they desire. My boyfriend and I were able to wash our clothes, however my mom was not able to wash her, and I was not able to wash my children’s. Not complaining, because we can do it at home, but it would have been nice to go home with no laundry to do. We will be back to visit!

Great stay

It started off terrible. I had to stand outside with a security guard for about an hour in the cold weather on my bad knee waiting for missing information that I was supposed have received 24 hours before check in time. With the room number and the door entry code, never received it .There’s no check service.I kept trying to contact hotel.com couldn’t get through, the automated system took me into circles, every time I tried. I tried a couple of times. I later contacted the company and the lady there at the company over the motel tried to send me the information , I needed, it took her about four tries. She finally got it though the room # and entry code and it took about three tries before I got all the information I need while standing out in the cold . The lady security guard was a great help . She stood outside in the cold trying to help me figure things out.

The unit we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a perfect view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at your property. I definitely will be back again.

The only negative was the rough toilet paper.

Check in was easy, The heated pool was closed when we went to use it but opened the next day. The grounds were well maintained. The condo was very nice, some updates on the kitchen ware would be nice. The tv's were nice but all had different remotes and features. Written instructions would have been good. But, overall we had a nice time and the condo was clean and nicely furnished. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
