Very clean , felt very safe due to keyless entry pool area very clean,very enjoyable

I had a two bedroom 2 bathroom condo and it was very dirty. My granddaughter walked with her socks on for a short time and her socks were literally black. The floors were not clean and the carpets were very dirty as well. The condo had a washer and dryer which was great to have. I loved the condo being right on the ocean and the design of the rooms were great just very old and dirty and needs updated. We were there 6 days and had only 2 trash bags for the kitchen. No one to ask for one either and the ONE cleaner we saw didn’t speak English. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Check in was great, park and head to your room. Once inside we could smell that some cleaning materials have been used however, one of the three showers was dirty. One of the bathroom sinks, clogged up. We cleaned it. There was clogged of hair. There was hair and ants in 3 of the 4 bed's. The TVs in 2 of the rooms were older and only was about to get 3 channels. In the master bedroom there was a small leak from the air vent that got my shoes wet. The location and view was amazing.

Bad bugs

My 87 yr old Mom, 2 sisters, daughter & myself stayed in unit #1206 on May 20-23. Nice 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit for a large family. The patio doors open onto the balcony from the living room & one bedroom. The patio door off the living room was very difficult to open, so it was left slightly cracked open. Though I didn't use the oven, the stovetop worked with no issues & the kitchen had everything I needed for meals. There's a large table w/chairs & a couple bar stools, to give a large family, room to sit & enjoy a meal. There's a stackable washer/dryer in the hall closet. If you have someone who uses a walker or wheelchair, instead of fighting the steps from the pool to the beach, there's a ramp on either side of the building. The couch/bed & matching chair need to be replaced. Both had lost their cushioning & the bed part of the couch wasn't sleepable due to the mattress was just coils with some material wrapped around them & a bar would dig into my back & there were no sheets, blanket or pillow for it. I didn't call Vacasa about the couch/bed because I didn't try to sleep on it until my last night. I ended up laying the couch cushions on the floor & that's where I slept. The GFC outlet in the bathroom closest to the balcony didn't work. The light for the GFC was on but the nightlight & hair dryer that were plugged into it, neither would work. I tried resetting it & I had brought a couple working nightlights with me but none would work. All the floors & balcony had sand all over them. I feel the 3 sets of codes were a bit much to remember & feel the ones for the building & pool could be combined into using the same one. But all in all, I'd stay here again IF the small issues I mentioned, were addressed :)

We stayed in 902 which after we saw roaches on the first day I found a review on 902 from here that explained our experience very well. There were roaches every day. Vacasa sent their man with OTC spray twice but it didn't help, they were in the dishwasher, under the sink, on the counters, in the bedrooms to a lesser extent. The focal point was the kitchen. There was a big stain on the mattress in the master bedroom, the rug in front of the pull out coach was filthy and the floors would make your feet black. The mattress in the third bedroom where I was was hard. Honestly, the roaches were the worst thing by far. The condo is in a great location with great views, a balcony for all three bedrooms. We stayed in 1002 last year and had a different experience. We saw one roach the last day. We photographed many roaches in 902 we saw multiple roaches every day even in the diswasher. We had to rewash stuff and keep as much as we could in the fridge. I still worry we might have taken something home. We have taken precautions but I won't know for awhile. Vacasa promised me some sort of refund which they didn't do and so we were there all six nights. It's too bad because the location, room and facilities are very nice otherwise.

I miss not having a front desk when you need things such as toilet paper or trash bags. But Food Lion has them I guess.

Great access to the pool and ocean walking area Very clean and secure building. Not walkable to much definitely need a vehicle

We had a cockroach in our stove and people, guests were smoking in the room next door. Will not return

Please do not send anyone here ever again, especially families with young children! The property was so dirty i was scared to let my daughter crawl on the floor which was sticky and stained. There were roaches everywhere even after someone came to spray. My first stop post trip will be to a laundromat in the hopes that i don't bring any roaches home!
