There was an issue with the room. Bug related. I took pictures and brought it to the manager/owner's attention. He accused me of downloading the pictures and lying about what i found. He finally gave me a full refund but i will not be staying there again any time soon.

"very poor conditions"

the motel room was very cold, the room was not very clean, when I pulled back the covers on the bed I found a live roach in the bed, after I spent the night in the room as I had it for 2 days, the night after I was there to come back to sleep they had not cleaned up the room or changed the sheets, I was out of town and was not feeling well but I did tell the person who paid for the room when I got back of how the motel room was, I would not ever stay the night in that motel again.

When I checked in the man/owner was very jrritated about the price deal that I got with Expedia. He was irritated that I paid such a low amount. The room was in clean condition but there were only two towels so that was a pain with 4 people in a double bed room. Other then that it was fine. Very outdated but I got a good deal on prices so it’s to be expected. Good location.

"If you can stay somewhere else, do it."

Rude staff. Made me change rooms when I had booked a double simply because I didn't have anyone in the other bed!!!! No refund of the room difference though! Bugs all over the room. Terrible condition. If you can stay somewhere else in this town, do it. They were the only rooms I could find with a big festival in the area so I had no choice.

"Bed Bugs "

I made the mistake not to check under the mattress before we decided to stay for two nights. My husband started itching upon the second night of our stay. He started to get welts. We decided to lift up the mattress a little bit on the side and it had brown fecal spots. That is a sure sign of bed bugs. We did not see any live ones crawling around, but saw a dead one. I did take pictures of his welts on his arm, hand, shoulder, foot, and the dead bed bug. I have attached photos. I will be contacting the manager about this matter.
