The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The carpet was badly worn and torn throughout. The shower was in a state of disrepair with the shower floor peeling up..

Worst stay ever. The receprionist was rude unprofessional. The linen was dirty. We asked for replacement sheets for one room and a blanket for another. I had 3 rooms. We were told they could only give linen to 1 room per reservation. All the heaters in the bathrooms were rusty. . They cleared garbage out of rooms but left it outside the room. I asked them to change linen on all 3 rooms. We put marks on the sheets to see if they changed ..they did NOT. I asked the girl if we did something to upset her because she was so rude. I would not refer anyone to stay here.

The bed was comfortable

The original room we had booked smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to pay more to get a non cigarette smelling room. We should not have paid more to get a room that was smoke free. They need to do better cleaning up the scent. Even though they advertise all rooms are smoke free it's obvious people do not always follow those rules so maybe they should designate rooms that are for smokers
