Oh my God May service after waiting two days and asking was told that you don’t get no service unless he asked for it a day ahead of time. Poor Customer Service.

The worst part was the shower. The bathtub had been painted and the paint was peeling. We put a provided mat down so we wouldn’t get scraped by the peeling paint, but the bath mat was spiked and a little painful. The shower head water pressure was low and we couldn’t get a steady temperature. The water was either too hot or just cold. Also, the room had an oder we couldn’t get rid of and the sink was clogged.
