Muy mal muy mal llegue a las 10 pm al hotel y me negaron el acceso aun cuando estaba garantizada con una tarjeta me dijeron que como el hotel estaba lleno no me Pidieron respetar mi habitación y con mi hija de ( años durmiendo la de 10 y mi esposa nos estuvieron esperando para decir que no había habitación disponible aún cuando tenía mi reserva con ustedes favor de indicarme que procede

El escusado se tiraba el agua cada vez que se jalaba , la regadera muy mal le hacía falta limpiarla . El desayuno faltaba varias cosas que antes si había como el pan dulce.
