"one of the best hotels i’ve stayed at in Indiana"

clean, quite and very nice workers. They have a silet acuction. I booked at the hilton app. Then i came after 5 mins they only checked my ID and my room was ready even though i booked 11 am. Other hotels would let me wait for 2-3 pm. Clean Gym and pool. Thank toy guys

"THEFT! Please read!. Horrible customer service.Do not stay!"

We were checked in from 1:30am-5:30am for my son to race at a local dirt bike race. His dirtbike was locked with 2 cable locks in the back of the truck. The hotel advertised on site security and surveillance. The cables and locks were cut in those 4 hours and bike was stolen. ZERO HELP INVESTIGATING. ZERO HELP FROM SECURITY TEAM. NO SURVEILLANCE. When I posted on FB, other reached out that items had been stolen from this location!!

It was a quiet, clean room and it met our needs. The breakfast on the first stay was adequate. We were treated kindly.

The staff was just okay in their service. The breakfast was not available on time the second stay. We were expecting a shuttle to the airport at 6 am and they failed to show up. We had to order an Uber service to get to the airport to fly out.

Great Hampton. Clean comfy rooms and great staff. They even had a breakfast bag for us at 3:30 a.m. and we greatly appreciated going above what we expected. Great location and super easy to get to the airport. It's our go to stay when we are flying.
