"Great experience"

I spent a couple weeks at the Hampton in Indianapolis for work, it was a great stay, the staff were accommodating , especially the managers Alex and Shannon they were also polite and friendly, housekeeping was always keeping my room with clean everyday ive been here. I would definitely recommend staying here.

"My Grandchildren enjoy the pool and breakfast with me."

The pool and hot tub. This is the 2nd time I enjoyed this with my grandbabies . Not one complaint both stay overs. I will definitely plan next year again.

Never enough towels after swimming. LOL. I do not take my room towels, so we can shower after.

"EXCELLENT STAFF AND VERY CLEAN ROOMS"

I completely messed up my reservations after my flight was canceled the day before my stay. I mistakenly made an additional reservation and missed my 1st night of my existing reservation. Alex at the front desk was very helpful. After explaining my confusing debacle, he made all the corrections to my dual reservations so I could continue on with my trip. My room was very clean and comfortable with absolutely no issues at all. During my stay I saw several employees and every single one of them were very polite and happy... always smiling. From the shuttle driver, front desk staff, breakfast staff and cleaning ladies, each and every one of them were very friendly. If you need a place to stay while in Indy for business, family, or just passing through, this is a very easy hotel just off I-70 close to the airport that I would highly recommend! I will definitely be staying here again whenever my travels bring me to Indy.
