The breakfast from 7 am to 10 am was perfect for my tastes. Bagels, 2 types and peanut butter are my ideal go-to at home, so for me to have 2 sesame seed hot from the toaster with butter and peanut butter with a hard-boiled egg, banana, and Starbucks coffee, self-serve in the lobby on comfortable tables and chairs was a nice way to start a day. There were 2 kinds of muffins, 2 types of cereal and waffles, but I am good with toasted bagels.

I was on the street or highway side on the 2nd floor, so there is no traffic noise, but I was given the choice to move to the other side away from the highway. I wear earplugs, so not really an issue

Extremely clean, quiet, good parking, lots of amenities in area.

Breakfast was fairly plain and simple. the only hot portion of the breakfast was if you made yourself, toast, a bagel or waffles.

that there was nothing outside that was inviting at the location. you either had to leave the hotel to another location or live with what was there. After a long day a nice place to sit outside with a glass of wine would be appreciated but your location does limit those options.
