Best Western L' Aquarium Arras Nord

Hôtel très beau, et petit déjeuner très bien ausis.

Restauration de bonne qualité.

Un bon hôtel, confortable et avec un excellent service, cependant, j'ai trouvé le restaurant très cher (19€ le plat pour une côte de porc avec ses légumes...) certes, c'est bon mais quand même. Et comme il n'y a aucun autre resto à proximité. La chambre est moderne et confortable, les prises USB des deux liseuses ne fonctionnaient pas (dommage...) mais j'ai très bien dormi

Entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to get to although it’s on a main road. Check in was slow but once in my room it was very comfortable and a goods night sleep was had. Very large car park, set back from the road.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It looks new, all the public areas were fresh and modern, and my room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The restaurant was superb.

Driving down the road to the hotel was a little tricky trying to avoid all the pot holes in the road, which we felt could be sorted out very easily with a few bags of small stones. First impressions of the hotel was very good, nice and contemporary. The young man on reception either didn't speak very good English, or was not very sociable. He gave us our room key and pointed down the hall towards a door. He did not inform us of breakfast times, so we assumed this would be listed in the room. The room numbers were not clearly indicated, so we ended up walking around, through a door, up some steps, through another door to a very musty smelling area, then up another set of stairs. and eventually found our room. The comfort room rooms was small but modern. There was no instructions for the safe which was closed. There was no instructions for the air conditioning which ended up only blowing out warm air. There was no book regarding the facilities or breakfast. The shower was very good and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We went down for breakfast at 7am. Nobody was there so we had a look at the food which was open to flies and germs. We only had a drink and left. Very disappointing.

Lovely comfortable hotel. Brilliant service

Was just a last night stop over in France so low expectation and wasn’t too bothered as long as it was safe and clean. Way better than I thought, the beds were super comfortable, the reception staff was very slick and quick, the hotel has some good clear COVID plans in place and Arras is much nicer than I thought. Would happily stay here again on route back to the euro tunnel. Only downside is the weird way you enter the car park as it’s on a slip road so if your on the motorway you have to go right around (about 5 km loop) and we had a fire alarm at midnight which wasn’t great with 2 young kids. But didn’t spoil our stay.

Pillows too firm

Best hotel in the area of Arras, good parking, nice restaurant and 8kilometers from Arras center. Only negative point is the final road to get there, somewhat dangerous from the highway, better road signals to the hotel would be welcome
