Fabulous facilities

Amazing energy and great people. Staff was exceptional, food was awesome. Trysil is a fun place to relax.

I don't like to complained, but the hotel are in need of some renovation. Roof falling down in spa sauna. Paint worn down a lot of places. Bubble bath not working, everything looking a little in need of some paint.

Det er meget uofficielt og afslappet. Som gør det behageligt at være der. Stort set alt fungerer godt - Det virker godt organiseret.

Der mangler stikkontakter ved hver side af sengen også gerne med jordstik. Vi fik et værelse på 4 sal helt inde i bunden, det er meget mørkt, der kommer ikke meget lys ind, virker som en kælder lejlighed - Det var trist og føler at det kan man ikke tilbyde til den pris vi betalte. Heldigvis gav receptionen os et nyt værelse, som havde bedre udsigt og lysindfald dag nummer 2.

The location was great and the staff were fantastic and very friendly.

Very picky but the reception and public areas are a little hot.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely appreciated. The reception lobby is beautifully designed. A great spot to relax and unwind. The ski-in/ski-out location right on the pistes was a real highlight. Loved the ski lockers.

Both rooms we stayed in (we requested a change and moved from the 1st to the 5th floor) were extremely small for a family of four on a ski trip. Not quite the 4-star experience I'd expect from a Radisson Blu. Dining was pricey, though that's fairly standard for Norway. The indoor pool was also a little on the cold side. Also, be careful with Parking, you may be fined if you don't set it up on time.
