Location and view were amazing - close to both Oia and Fira and within easy travel distance, but set away from the hustle and bustle. Cleanliness of the rooms (cleaned twice a day) was unsurpassed, beautiful infinity pool, and the staff were amazing. They arranged taxis, made restaurant recommendations and bookings (all of which were great, we didn’t have a bad meal the whole week we were there), and made the whole stay even better for us. I would definitely recommend - just wish we could have stayed longer!

Magical Place!!!Stunning architecture, 5 Star rooms with amazing Caldera views. The infinity pool is a treat for the body and soul. There isn’t an inch of the hotel that doesn’t have a breathtaking view. The food is incredible!!!! The staff treats you like you have your own “secret service” at your beckon call and always present. They gave a whole new meaning to pampering. You leave a different person than how you arrived....

The hotel is very beautiful. The staff is SUPER helpful and friendly. However, be aware that its not actually in the town of Imerovigli so you cannot walk to ANYTHING (unless you are there when its not really hot then you can take the 30 min walk to Imerovigli). For us this was disappointing because we couldn't walk anywhere to grab a bite or a drink and were forced to use the hotel restaurant which is expensive. However, it was a blessing because it made us rent a buggy for a few days and a car for a few days which is really the most convenient way to see the entire island. Parking is super easy and free everywhere.

We had the most incredible stay here. The staff were so helpful and considerate. The service was exceptional. Highly recommend this place for a luxurious break.

Amazing!

Such an amazing hotel, staff are extremely friendly. they will do anything to make you feel comfortable and happy. the hotel is extremely nice and the views are breathtaking. nothing around the area you'll have to drive or take a bus to the cities. still this gives you a great deal of privacy

From our arrival time (11PM) the staff was amazing! Received us with a meal and a bottle of wine. The transfers to and from the airport were smooth. The food at the hotel was top of the line and the VIEWS ARE AMAZING! Can't wait to be back. 5+ stars.

my strong recommendation is to avoid this hotel. the staff is generally nice, and the view is lovely. but we couldn't even get a hot shower in our room. also, the location is inconvenient--well outside of the main part of Imerovigli. so you have to take a cab to get anywhere,. and you will want to travel because the restaurant on site is very bad. also, the pool area is too small and fills quickly. and no gym. so on-site options are limited. the bed was uncomfortable, and they have open showers (so the whole bathroom gets wet and slippery after a shower) right by the toilet. and there is no enclosure around the toilet, so it is not private at all. and glass walls into the bathroom. really an unfortunate privacy issue. they wash the stairs a lot outside the rooms. my pregnant wife slipped once on them, which was concerning. taxis they call are slow, unreliable, and often carrying other people. no free shuttle to and from ports or airports. no gym. etc. way too many problems at this price point, even though the hotel has enormous potential.

This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at. I can't complain about a single thing. Their customer service is amazing! They help you arrange all your transportation/ restaurant reservations / and activities. Room service was amazing too! They cleaned twice a day. We also got updated to a suite room by the pool since this was our anniversary . All the staff is so kind and helpful. The view is so beautiful at this hotel, I honestly think we had the best view of santorini!

From arrival, until the end of our stay this hotel and their team are excellent. Beautiful views, fabulous rooms - they all have a caldera view, some with a terrace or balcony with sun loungers. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily. All staff are very knowledgable about the area and so helpful. Martha was excellent with her restaurant recommendations. Nothing is too much trouble. We will certainly return.
