"The staff is nice, the facilities are questionable at best."

We liked the proximity to the highway and the people we came to visit.

The elevators failed inspection 2 years in a row and need maintenance. The toilet was dirty and the water doesn’t stop running. The closet was musty, couldn’t hang our clothes. The fridge was warm. Both the closet door and bathroom door had holes in them. The lamp bases are beginning to rust.

"Very Good"

The housekeeping staff were amazing.

The pool was not heated and couldn't be used by any warm-blooded being. We were told it was supposed to be 86, but it needed a part. We were there 3 weeks, and not once were we able to swim. It was so disappointing since that was a main reason we booked there

"It was just ok"

Convenient

Even after asking about the pool heater not working during a previous visit, we were assured it would be fixed and operational so we could enjoy the pool. It was not only not working but we were told upon check in that they had someone coming to fix it. We saw no one working on it during this stay. We are here under a different reservation until Monday the 15th and disappointed that we can’t use the pool.
