Destaco la buena voluntad del empleado de la tarde, ya que mi esposa tuvo un episodio de arritmia cardíaca, y el actuó de inmediato llamando a la emergencia

La falta de ascensor. Se informó con ascensor, pero no funcionó, siendo esta la causa presunta de su arritmia. Nos facilitaron una pieza en planta baja, que era para personas con discapacidad, cobrando el mismo precio por la que nos otorgaron en el primer piso, qué era limpia y luminosa

Le personnel est hyper cool et très serviable, la chambre très propre. Lit très confortable. Je le recommande 🤩

Le manque d'ascenseur , qui était en réparation 😑 fallait prendre les escaliers chaque fois.

El hotel esta bien, el principal problema es que no funcionaba el ascensor desde hace más de un mes. Cosa que no nos informaron hasta llegar al hotel. Nuestra habitación estaba en un séptimo piso.

El ascensor llevaba sin funcionar 1 mes y no nos avisaron hasta que llegamos. Nuestra habitación estaba en un séptimo.
