There is a great deal I could say about my stay, but I will try to keep my comments as clear and concise as possible. First of all, I would like to address your front desk service. When we arrived at around 1:00 or 2:00 a.m., directly from the airport by taxi with our luggage, we were left waiting outside while your staff checked whether we actually had a reservation. I believe a little common sense would go a long way. When guests arrive in the middle of the night from the airport with their suitcases, it is quite obvious that they have a reservation. At the very least, they should be invited inside the hotel while the formalities are completed. Secondly, the technical maintenance of the rooms requires much closer attention. In our bathroom, the heavy glass shower door was misaligned and scraped against the floor, creating an obvious risk of the glass breaking. I reported the issue, and someone came to repair it. However, just two days later, the problem had returned exactly as before, suggesting that there is no proper quality control or follow-up maintenance. Guest safety and the upkeep of the facilities should be a priority. Another point that surprised me was your ironing policy. I asked if I could have an iron, and I was told that I would have to wait until a communal ironing room was opened. Having travelled extensively and stayed in hotels all over the world, this is the first time I have encountered such a system. Expecting guests to carry their clothes to a shared ironing room located near the restaurant and bar is neither practical nor appropriate for a hotel of this standard. Providing a few irons and ironing boards for guest use would represent a very small investment, especially considering that your rooms are normally sold for between €90 and €110 per night and can reach €450 during trade fairs and exhibition periods. As for breakfast, many aspects need improvement. Your staff clearly lack adequate training in both service and table clearing.:::::

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. Good location near station. Friendly staff.
