Beautiful looking hotel, great location (especially for Henley regatta)

Bed was very uncomfortable

Good location. Pleasant staff. Very clean.

Bed a little firm ( personal choice) No set breakfast which meant expensive as every item individually priced.

Quiet comfortable stay with good food

The hotel is beautiful, with unique, charming, and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful. We did not have a chance to eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the food.

The only downsides were that the rooms could use better lighting, and the bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped.

Lovely character building with oak beams, fireplace and lovely coordination of seats etc, excellent food and friendly service

Previously I stayed in room 3 - reasonable size and comfortable This time we were allocated room 4 - very disappointing/ small /cramped and the bed very very uncomfortable- not an experience we would repeat
