Dinner and breakfast, close free car park, fridges in rooms with milk and cold water provided, friendly staff

Ground floor bedroom window did not have a window restrictor/lock when open so felt unsafe leaving it open as a lone female and when checking in, staff said my room number out loud. There was no air con so the room was pretty warm. Bathroom window was locked and bathroom was not well-ventilated which heated the room up. The coffee could be improved.

Beautiful looking hotel, great location (especially for Henley regatta)

Bed was very uncomfortable

The hotel is beautiful, with unique, charming, and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful. We did not have a chance to eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the food.

The only downsides were that the rooms could use better lighting, and the bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped.
