Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and great location.

Perfect set up of rooms, all had access to private bathrooms. Lovely position in Lyndhurst and great outdoor space.

Nothing. A few more kitchen utensils would perhaps have been useful.

Nothing, weather stopped us from using outside area’s but this didn’t take anything away

Lovely clean and spacious property, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walks and not far from the seaside and two great pubs right on your doorstep. The house comes with a netflix account and a lovely garden with firepit- we all had a great time !

Spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Great complimentary toiletries and welcome goodies. Excellent communication

The sound monitoring felt a little OTT. We weren’t ‘partying’ but 12 of us chattering with some music playing set off the monitor on multiple occasions and we didn’t feel it was excessive noise in detached property before midnight.

The accommodation was clean and very nicely decorated throughout. We particularly liked the fact that every room had a unique feel to it. Almost every room had an ensuite which made it a very comfortable stay for the whole group. Location was also perfect, a very short walk from the high street.
