Small room

The staff was super nice, I appreciate they seemed to care about their job and assisting me. The room was small, but clean.

the room small awful, and not clean. The price is high, very noisy. Can't find service person. Do not book this place.

We arrived at 830pm door locked, and lady spoke with us through small sliding window. The sink had backed up dried plumbing debris and looked like vomit and room smelked. Office was closed, and we called 830am next day to let them know we didn't do it. No answer,no voice mail, and when we got someone, lady was extremely rude. All she wanted to do was to argue about times we called. We never got a call back from the manager. Do not stay here horrible.

Upon check-in, the room appeared clean.

My yelp review: DO NOT STAY HERE. The bed was fine, the towels (when we requested more) were soft. The fellow who manned the front desk was nice, until on our last day there (6th) I wanted to let him know why we weren't leaving the housekeepers a tip. ( Not once were our towels replaced, nor our sheets changed , or our garbage removed. I was told by staff that "every 3 days they refreshed the rooms" towels, sheets garbage etc. ) OK, that seems reasonable. This guy, night manager? tall, thin, black, Jumped on me and made it all my fault. He says " well there are trash cans right here (outside) you obviously like to live in squalor" I told him that was not my job to dump the trash from our room. "If you want something ask!" really? regular housekeeping duties? I said I just want you to know that I'm not leaving a tip and this is why. He said "we don't need your tip!" He was angry and totally attempting to bully me ( a 71 year old woman with a handicapped husband) He stated he could have me gone NOW! He said "oh, I remember you, you wanted the ADA room" (I thought I had booked that, I had not) "and were full of complaints!" Nope, I inquired about the ADA room and instead said a 1st floor room would work. We paid $739.28 through booking .com to reserve this space. My fear is that he could do anything to this space after we check out tomorrow and charge our card . I am also registering a complaint with Booking.com about this motel and the staff they hire to represent them. --

Service was excellent. Friendly and accommodating. Rooms did not have A/C and were on the small side. The rooms were a little dated, but were very clean.
