"I will not stay here again unless I have no other option"

Good location. Rooms are clean and staff are nice and polite

Stayed 4 nights. Wednesday thru Sunday. Has a 3 day reservation but decided to go a day early ,so we so got a 1 night reservation. We were able to keep the same room for the Second reservation so Friday night I asked for maid service on Saturday. We leave the room at 6:00 am Saturday morning and I asked on the way out the door if we were going to be getting maid service and was told yes,only to return late Saturday to find that no one had been there to clean. We had to take out the trash go get clean towels for a second time get Toilet paper from the front desk all while others were checking in. I was told about an hour later that they were going to refund part of my money to make up for the way the hotel had treated us but Four days later I still haven’t gotten that. I’ve never been treated in this manner at what is supposed to be a 4 and 5 star hotel.

"It was a short, overnight stay. But it was very clean, convenient and comfortable stay. Perfect place for a quick stay."
