The private bathroom was detached and a surprise. It was more of a house than hotel. No staff in sight just on text and phone. Room was smelly with dirty carpet. Unappealing for a three star.

Great location. Fantastic room for myself and my daughter. Everything you would need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was really nice, good location and fhe staff were reqllt friendly and helpful

Little confusion with where to park initially as you have to get the parking permit from a different place but the staff were really good and it was sorted really quickly.

It was clean and tidy

The bathroom door sticks and u catch your hand trying to open and close from the inside. The tv would only work at certain time due to WiFi signal.

The email updates.

The whole stay. Door lock didn't feel secure. Carpet stains. Hole in the wall next to bed where it looks like a socket was removed. Tiles missing on the wall in bathroom. Lamp didn't work. Only one bedside table. The room felt damp cold grubby just the whole experience for us was awful. We are 75 and 69. The Adjacent property had lots of men in and out. This was not an hotel so unsure what was going on there but not something you would expect to be next too on a holiday felt very uncomfortable. Difficult to find anywhere else to stay at short notice otherwise we would have vacated. Nice to be home.

Smelly cleaner, body odour

Lage und Sauberkeit waren super. Angestellte habe ich nicht gesehen, sie waren aber per Chat erreichbar und haben Probleme auch prompt behoben.

Die Einrichtung im Bad war billig und deshalb auch teilweise defekt. Das 'Smart TV' konnte alles, außer Fernsehen.
