Rooms are spacious and well-kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for us for a day tour and the driver was very polite and knowledgeable. The location was very good, took us around 15-20 minutes walk to the M block market. The Hotel is also very close to Nehru place, which is full of activities.

The most comfortable beds in India (we know, we stayed in 13 hotels on our last trip!!). Fantastic room with all the comforts you need, food was fantastic and they even made me a chicken Biryani at 12;30 pm when we arrived. Couldn't rate it higher.

This was my second time to Delhi, and I try to get in and out as quick as possibleand use it as a transit point only. I chose this hotel as it was out of the main part of the city and quite close to the airport, and I was happy with it. It was located in a nicer area of Delhi, about a 5 min taxi ride from the closest Metro stop which is then only 20 mins or so to the city centre. The staff were so friendly, and most of them had a good grasp of English. The restaurant was well priced, and the food lovely. Breakfast was simple, but adaquate with a omlette station, fresh fruits, cereals and Indian fare. Downside was that my room was on the groud floor, and I could hear noise from the reception area. The bathroom needed a good scrub around the edging, but my experience that at whatever the level of hotel this is always a problem. I was also woken up by the water pump in the morning, and in the morning they had to do a gas bottle change to get hot water, but thats India for you! The bed and pillows were super comfy. Aside from these issues, I would stay at the hotel again. Good value for money.
